Clarissa Hughes is the CEO and founder of The Little Breathing Space, a mindfulness coaching business.

She has a passion for working with busy women to help them develop self-compassionate awareness and to better navigate the demands of modern life skillfully.

Clarissa was a senior manager in large multinationals, who suffered a burnout and found her way back to a calmer, more connected life through mindfulness.

She is an accredited Breathworks Mindfulness practitioner and an academic background in human behaviour.

Clarissa believes that mindfulness is more than meditation, it is a way of living with greater compassion so that we can truly thrive.
